it can withstand infinite amount of bullets fired at it but i am quite certain so can my Aluminium Sat dishes ,
is fine set up in a perfect Calm day [ Still a ton of work ] ...but not in "normal" weather this big balloon would be INSTANTLY gone like the wind

But it gives the US Army something to shoot at to pass the time i suppose ,lol
