i have problem with 4k screen. see my setup: gtx980+samsung 4k (2160p 60Hz).
DVB dream by default, dont get the way to scaling correctly 1080 channels -> 2016P screen. madVR dont works like in the MPC-HC. Ctrl+j shows how scaling first 1920x1080 -> 1915x1075 , second 1917x1077->2194x1232 (?) . never go to 2016p. other render like EVR image have the same problem , anyway , looks blurred.
the problem seems to be in DVB dream is not compatible with 4k by default. it have a limitation on DPI scaling, and it afects the resolution output it self.
the only way to get correctly upscaling to 2160p, is deactivating high-DPI on windows. but, them the windows dialog from DVB Dream dont work right.
i m asking if there someone configuration to correct this
