Canal Digitaal NL PIN

Hi, I have a Canal Digitaal Netherlands card. I want to change the maturity rating (I have done this on a previous card but can't remember how I did it). It's asking for a PIN, I've tried 0000, 1234 but it says the pin is wrong so won't change the maturity rating. Does anyone know what the Pin is, or if theres a special way to change it (I haven't changed it, it's a brand new card). Please help
