thats not csa3 but custom *** algo (both 2 of these algos cannot be managed by dreambox or vu+ and others)
do you have some kind of evidence about sky de turned off csa1 now ?
maybe they just turned old pairing
i dont have 19,2e signall to check just guessing there

I am reading that Vu+ and Dreambox receiver arent compatible with CSA3
I was hearing same story with Power Vu since 2000. That no receiver is comatible with 3DES . Now look

dvb-csa3 is created as replace of officiall dvb-csa1 used by many providers
NDX has its own custom unknown algo
few of them can be activated in icam (icam custom ndx descrambler)
this is the difference , providers cant move to csa3 yet but they can activate it easy on 4k channels by additionall payment

According to sky de so far, things are fine with 09c4, but there are some occasions with emm and ecm too long too variable

Icam has nothing to do with CSA3.
Icam is custom replacement of CSA , simply it use custom algo to decrypt payload PES ( Video , Audio ).
The lenght of ECM do not mean necessary they want to use CSA 3 ... and for one fact ... iirc the CSA3 => All DATA TS is encrypted on top by AES encryption, so if you can see ECM / EMM in plain => THIS IS NOT CSA3 !
CSA 1 = 48 bits key CSA
CSA 2 = 64 Bits key CSA / 3DES / AES possible as key.
Here is why you will not see Sky IT on card sharing .... because either if you can get DW ... you will not be able to decrypt payload as it is not using CSA ( 1/2 ).
At the moment they will enable Icam on Sky DE , CSA 1 or CSA3 no matter .... no one has the ICAM algo , and nothing is available about.

On 12382 where HD is ECMpid 1A17 (6679) 098C OK
