Help! Mgcamd manual install

Hi,
I want to install Mgcapmd Emu manually. I downloaded Mgcamd 1.30 for Gemini and put it in var/bin but it doesn't work.
I have Gemini 4.7 image and cccam 2.1.4. My internet connection is not working at this time, so i can't use it for install.
Any idea? thanks

As you said I put e1 mgcamd 1.30 tar.gz in tmp directory but i could not see it in tmp directory. I set its attributes to 755 or 777 but doesn't appearing in tmp.

Thanks it is working. i used 1.35 version. 1.30 does not working
