Maybe they have changed the name of mgcamd binary. You can go to /var/bin and see what it is called, perhaps just "mgcamd" then you type killall mgcamd or whatever.
Or you use ps command to see a list of running processes then you kill a pid number of mgcamd process with something like "kill 955".
