Openbox X5HD - Correct softcam format?

Hi all,

Bought one of these cheaply, but can't get my head around which softcam / constant.cw file works properly.

I have done a search,and done some reading so I'm not being lazy.

Anybody point me in the right direction for a tutorial about formats. Any advice welcome!

saturn x5 its a great receiver and works just work fine on soft cam i have a few for long time and untill now good machine love-it

Hi Maleka,

I do have some working, but don't understand which is the best softcam to use. Can't get anything on 7e to open.

I agree, I do like the receiver. If I can get a file to work properly, quite happy to do a manual update on the keys via the box, or a txt file.

There also is a little confusion about cw. From what I have understood it should be a separate file, and b**s keys should not be in the softcam file?
