Cuberevo 9000 stable img

Hello,

I've dusted off my old Cuberevo 9000. I'd like to flash it with a stable image and either give it to a friend or give it away. Is there a recommended image? I've seen a few TAR files around but they don't contain an img file that I can flash easily so would prefer an img.

I realise this box is a little old...
