i have spiderbox 7000hd. i had all channels but the box kept freezing so i uploaded newest patch and uploaded it to the box via usb. now i have no channels except fta. theres recovery tool i've read about but don't know how to connect that via null modem cable. any help would be appreciated to get the freezing chanells back.:
