Help with echolink please

Hi
Cannot work out how to set up echolnk EL-2300 2CI. Have had it for over a year and never been able to open any channels (for testing of course) I have downloaded the latest fimware. Where do I get the latest keys and how do I transfer them to the decoder. Is it with keymaker and if so where can I find it. The sat is a fixed communal one. Will it still work ?.
Any help would be appreciated.

for latest keys go to keys section and you can input keys by remote or you can download latest 2300 kbn file with key maker
