Can someone tell me what program to use to update the channels on my 5400Z .I am using HUMBOX 4.1 but every time i swich on the reciever to download the new list i get ERROR ID on the reciever

i have maneged to put the new list but know when i press ok i get the channel list and when i press for a station the reciever swicth to that channel but i have to press exit so that the channel list goes out
