Topaz 1 (BISS) no picture - audio ok

Hi,
I can watch this channel on desktop PC using webif streaming (VLC), but on all enigma 2 boxes I have, it gives no pictures, but audio is OK.
Is there any way of getting pictures on enigma2 ?

I have the same problem with fiji channel on 166E(biss). It have audio/video on other sat decoder but on enigma 2 boxes it only have audio and when I stream it on VLC then there is video. If I have it on standby overnight then video will come out but if I change channel then problem again on no video.

I think it's not Oscam problem, because:
-audio is ok.
-streaming to PC gives video signal.

ill try to check this evening master...
you have octagon sf4008?... its a driver/tuner problem like asturians multistream at hispasat...
ill check with edision...

Yes it is not oscam problem because it is the same even if I use mgcamd or CCcam as emulator. It must be the video codec or something to add on enigma2.

Is probably a stream configuration problem from the provider.
Does enigma 2 show video and audio pid in information screen?
Might be not detecting correctly the video pid.
Can someone just dump a packet of the PMT pid with dvbsnoop?
Maybe the video descriptor is not usual and enigma 2 does not understand it.
Can anybody just record the full TS for 30 seconds and post it?

Don't think so. It is diametric opposite:
E2 boxes supports AVC codec, just like the other day on spanish basket, and also CABAC codec present on some feeds last couple of days.At the same time mostly chinese noenigma boxes had only sound and no picture with both AVC and CABAC codec feeds.

Just asking around and all my friends with chinese boxes has both: picture and audio on Topaz 1 channel.:)

Same story on My TM5402 M3 HD and Starsat 2000 HD Hyper boxes all work just fine :thum:
Problem must be with Enigma 2 Boxes i guess probably due to the Fact that E2 Boxes were NEVER intended as a Feed-Hunting Box
whichis very likely why they all have $hit Scrap Tuners in them :rolleyes:

In oscam.dvbapi add this two lines:

Is not about the tuners,but how E2 handles the demux,and how it passes video stream to render it.
There is a way to tweak rendering but first it must be known why it fails to render it in the first place.

Please someone do this as a test :
Record the channel with PC,as a TS,then try to play this recording with the E2 box,see if it plays ok.
It might narrow the search to the point where E2 has problems.

More tests are possible too.

Tests done.
Recorded file on PC does not play on E2 box.
Time counter it doesn't even start.

More tests:
If I zap to this channel and I wait 10-15 minutes, picture finally appears on screen.
If I zap to another channel, when coming back to this one I have to wait another 10 minutes again…..
