What providers could I MOSC (Modified Original Subscription Card)?

from what i see it may be poss i think to Mosc ...DigiTR+ppv 7e ...Sky it prima fila ppv ? 13e ...DigiTV + ppv Digifilm ? ..not a lot else ..the good old days of D+/cabo/prem[skyde]/polsat/cyfra seem to be a distant memory now ..
just thought i'd add my 2 cents since nobody else seems bothered ?

i had a look at that site,
its too good to be true tbh,
and most of the pages are offline i.e checkout.
although site was registerd in 2008 so its not new.
but i think some of the packages listed there TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.

I think it isn't posssible! It's just a rumour.
upc is possible with bdc, other prividers dont think so, so someone is just trying to be interesting..
