    * Automatic Firmware Upgrade via Internet implemented. When NanoXX Omega HD+ is booting, it checks and downloads the new firmware from the FTP server if a user selects 'YES' on the GUI dialogue prompt. This function works only when the 'Update Firmware from Network' menu under 'System Service' menu is set to 'Auto'. User can select the default FTP server or specify two extra servers by entering IP address and log-in account in the 'FTP Server' menu under 'Update Firmware from Network' menu.
    * bug 'Premiere multifeed/subfeed channels sometimes have no audio output - fixed.
    * Still frame advance/reverse by PAGE UP/DN keys when PAUSE state, the keys will be shown on the banner.
    * Slow trick-play: +0.1X, +0.5X mode by FF key when PAUSE state.
    * Fast trick-play: 20X replaced with 30X. 500X mode added for a long media file.
    * 'Stop Recording?' dialogue box improved: can stop recording of both R1 and R2 at a time. shows file name, device and folder.
    * Bug 'a/v blocked for one or two seconds when removing the Audio Track popup window after change audio track' fixed.
    * Scrambled AC-3 audio (HD-Suisse) now works.
    * Pop-up window for multi audio (red key) improved.

Release Notes

Note: If you are already using Firmware Version 1.10 than you can upgrade directly to v1.13 without upgrading v1.11 and v1.12. If you are using older Firmware than v1.10 than please read carefully the older release notes.

1. Bugs fixed / improved:

    * Sometimes no teletext on the version v1.12N firmware.
    * Periodic timer does not work except the first one on the version v1.12N firmware.
    * More than 3000 channels are not stored.

2. UPnP sharing folder can be set by UPnP DIR (Blue) button in the Network menu.

1. Bugs fixed / improved:

    * Internal loop-through does not work.
    * Too less size of capacity is available after formatting a 1~2TB(tera byte) hard disk.
    * A/V may not track correctly for channels which the contents are changed on the fly when switching to regional subchannels.

2. A folder can be copyed, moved, and removed by using GUI menus.

3. You can find the UPnP sharing folder in the Network menu, a popup dialog was improved for when no usable disk is present for UPnP.

4. HDMI 1080p 24Hz video resolution was added.

We are very sorry for not releasing new firmware updates during the last weeks. The reason for this was that all engineering power has been concentrated on implementing CI+ in the Set-Top-Box. The CI+ certification procedure is quite difficult and very expensive therefor it was very important for us to succeed in the very first trial. The good news: we made it! Now we have to implement the product keys into the CI+ firmware and this will be released in the next days after beta testing. In this version 1.18 which we are releasing today there is no CI+ support integrated yet. We ask for a bit of patience.

* Media player improved: The last playing position is stored to the folder which the file is present if you stop the playing by the STOP button.
* Media player improved: The time stamp of a recorded file will be correct if the front module had correct time when the system starts.
* Media player improved: Play banner improved
* Media player improved: Task commands in File browser reorderd
* Bug fixed: System hangs up at the end of copying or deleting a file if the UPNP Server is On and Ethernet IP is not assigned (e.g. no Ethernet cabling).
* Bug fixed: Teletext Page 100 was only displayed after switch forward and backward.

The new CI+ functions in Firmware Version 2.00 have effect to other non CI+ encrypted channels as well. These logical failures can be found during normal usage and will be fixed as soon as possible. We need exact bug descriptions from users in this case. We do apologize that several firmware versions have to be released in short time and have to be updated. Please safe your channellist to avoid data loss and load factory default (menu system service) if you are experiencing strange behaviour.

* Recording of non CI+ channels in decrypted file possible again.
* Timeshift Retention Limit valid for CI+ channels only.
* CAM menu window now larger for having better view of CI+ menu.
* Wenn trying to record copy protected content at CI+ channels a popup window shows "Copying Prohibited, Can not be recorded". Using both type of CAM CI and CI+ together is going to be improved soon. At the moment CI+ cam has to be pulled out of the receivers slot to be able to record a CI encrypted channel with plugged CI modul only. This problem will be fixed in next firmware upgrade.

This firmware contains the following improvements:

* Unicable control implemented.
* Kernel Update for better initialization of HDD. Please choose YES when asked for OS KERNEL UPDATE. Do not power off! Just wait until the update procedure is finished automatically!
* channellist management improvement in data base. Please check all antena setup after upgrade. Normally the setting for 22kHz should be switched to AUTO, otherwise the LNB will not switch between Low and Highband.
* Standard channellists have been improved for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
* We recommend to do a factory reset after firmware and Kernel Update was finished. Please save your personal channellist AFTER the firmware and Kernel Upgrade but BEFORE the factory reset, because all channel settings will be erased when doing factory reset! We recommend to use a new standard channellist. The following channellist have been updated: Germany Astra, Germany Astra+Hotbird, Austria Astra, Austria Astra+Hotbird, Switzerland Hotbird+Astra. Some older channellist backup files can not be used anymore. In this case you have to make a completely new channellist or you can use one of the new standard channellists when doing factory reset.
