Get Flash dump from STB

Hello dear friends i want get flash dump for extract keys from my setup box. Setup box is irdeto 2 and card is pared. I have setup connectors as follows

I have rs 232 pin9(Serial port) pin25(LPT) available windows xp and win 7 pc. Now i want to instructions to get flash dump

1. What is the Software for use read flash
2. How to get keys from flash bin

my cpu number is STI5289-IYB. I dont know how to get flash number but setup box display box os version as 1.11. See my link image for more info
