Herre is story
Friend bought Vu Ultimo 4k after almost year his receiver went down.
Receiver is under 2 year warranty so he sended where he bought so in herre :

they keeping his receiver for over 2 months. Terrible contant
many rejected phones. No answers for emails.But then after finally unnkind email they called him and they were talking for 20 minutes. So they finaly sended receiver after 3 months. They included according to description New receiver + 2 heads.
But
receiver has been delivered with same cover new mainboard and 1 dvbs head instead on 2.
That was cheat and steal.
