can someone tell me the correct one for my Solo 2 running a version of OpenPli 7?
oscam-svn11569-mipsel-oe1.6-webif-oscam-emu-798.zip
oscam-svn11569-mipsel_OE2.0-webif-oscam-emu-798.zip
oscam-svn11569-openpli40-webif-oscam-emu-798.zip

is tho openpli specificly for openpli 4.0?

how do i install it if it just a file and not an .ipk ??
i moved it to temp file but it's not recognised anyone know where i can get the .ipk of this please i had a quick google but nothing

Just ftp it to where your your softcam should be. In openpli I think it goes in usr/bin.
I use openvix where it goes in usr/softcam.

Hi, You can use all oscam files.
I prefer oscam-11569-openpli40-emu my Solo2.

Itried that but it doesn't show up anywhere i looked in Softcam/ci where it usually shows up but nothing and it doesn't show in Cam manager either??

what's the difference?? any?

thats what i was asking is it only for OpenPli 4 ?? i am on openple 7.1 now..:confused:

Iwas also told that 11568 doesn't work right....

You need only oscam with mipsel architecture.It is not matter
if is oscam for Openpli4.Just feel free to install it.

well i got it installed after finding a ipk but it won't work am at a loss now as i am not too good at theis stuff don't know what i am missing..

I am sorry i don't understand this i am not good at this stuff.the bin file goes into usr/bin...
there is no camscript in init.d
and where is softcam.oscam??

sorry i am not too good at this old man with no memory.. LOL

camscript etc/init.d ( telss you where )

what does it say in softcam.oscam

Did you maybe put this ipk file on usr/bin.This ipk file must
go to /tmp folder and then install in Media scanner plugin.
Maybe is better for you to install a new same image and not those backup image.These backup images have already been configured and maybe you have already oscam installed.
