I bet 1£ that it will fix Eutelsat 48D @48°E (launch date December 20, 2008) which due to the anomaly that happened shortly after the launch is operating at around 50% of its original capacity.
The tracking is automatic if 7A has stopped at 13 east it will be manually corrected soon,
There is very little interest in backing up 48 east as it is of no advantage to Eutelsat atm,
It is the same for satellite positions @ 12.5 west & 24.5 west,
Satellite operators of multi million £/$ satellite's are loosing interest in these small insignificant satellite positions that are better served from the main satellite positions 46 east to 30 west.
