The files are for PIC16F84 - look at the readme file.
The difference between the card 'J' and 'H' is, that only
the EEPROM of 'H' card is connected to the smartcard pads C4 and C8 as the MM2 card. It
means, that the EEPROM of 'J' card must be programmed in a different way using Phoenix
interface and special software.
PIC16C84 and PIC16F84
PIC16F84 is fully backward compatible with PIC16C84. This
means software made for 16C84 works on both 16C84 and 16F84, but some software made for
16F84 would only work on 16F84. The only thing you need to do differently before programing
PIC16F84, is to set the fuse 'Powered-up Timer' (PWRT) to ON.
MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU!
