BBC with new key?

Can someone verify if BBC package at 27.5 west works or not? Biss encrypted, worked couple of days for me but not anymore since yesterday. They May have changed key.

Well, that was fun... or maybe not! I read on other forums the key is active as they can watch. Obviously my DM is not supposed to be able to view these channels and too soon it realised that so now I get message "Service invalid! Can't read PMT" or similar... which I guess most people here gets. It worked before they went FTA a day and after that my settings got messed up.

The BBC package is viewable among others on Technomate 6900 (I assume the super model as mine is non-super and it cannot download channels). Spiderbox 9000 HD can lock on to the signal but doesn't download anything... tried pid add but channel stayed scrambled. Anybody has other ideas?

1) Go to Menu
2) Go to Edit Channels
3) Go to Add Channels
4) Transponder 11485 V 44100
5) Channel Name,using your remote enter BBC ONE HD write down with the keyboard
6) Channel Type > TV
7) Video PID 6601
8) Audio PID 6602
9) PCR PID 6601
10) Video Type H264
11) Audio Type MPEG4
then Exit button and save the changes
Select BBC ONE HD channel and using your remote enter 8280 add BISS Key XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Click the Exit button and save the changes and it should work fine

for SD
1) Go to Menu
2) Go to Edit Channels
3) Go to Add Channels
4) Transponder 11485 V 44100
5) Channel Name,using your remote enter BBC 2 write down with the keyboard
6) Channel Type > TV
7) Video PID 0201
8) Audio PID 0202
9) PCR PID 0201
10) Video Type MPEG2
11) Audio Type MPEG2
then Exit button and save the changes
Select BBC 2, channel and using your remote enter 8280 add BISS Key XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Click the Exit button and save the changes and it should work fine

Thanks Feneki. I tried it but it didn't work on my non-super 6900. Do you have the super model? I can't do point 10 & 11 on my TM. Also the TM hangs or lags when I try to add any of the channels. :-(

i take it since the Biss keys are exactly same for all these channels i would just now only need to Add the above PIDS for all the other channels to work aswell ??

yes all PIDS each one do it manually m8

You dont have to enter Biss key every time. you simply go to same Biss key exit and save

okay ..I added all 16 channels and had to input PIDS and Biss Key for every channel seperate but thnxs to Feneki's post i got there in the end ..PHEW!! it took almost 45mins but eventually ive now got all 16 channels working on 27.5w including HD's aswell : )
just a shame CH5 is there aswell but with that nasty POWER VU Encryption method ,

So is these channels working via Biss keys now ??
i cannott tell just using TM5402HD box .

i would assume all is required with dreambox800SE HD is just add the PIDS ??

as all the 16 channels are all there already in my E2 Channel settings thanks to Catseye :thum:

what i did i just rescaned all BBC transponder with clear transponder
i havent add any pids
emu- mgcamd 1.38 and left only
F 12800259 00 AAAABB0FBBCCCC53 ;BBC Parliament (27.5°W)
F 12800259 01 AAAABB0FBBCCCC53 ;BBC Parliament (27.5°W)
in sofcam.key
then restarted dm800, and after that restarted emu on BBC parlament channel

all works ,but without STV HD ,S4C hd, 302 and BBC4 ,BBC3
but i guess its too early for BBC3/4 today,will check later

I think I got this work again. This is how I did it: I opened Dream Box Edit (version 5.0.2.0) and downloaded the files from the DM and entered sid, video and audio pid for BBC One and BBC One HD. Then uploaded the files back to the DM and what do you know - now all package (except STV HD & S4C HD) opened!
See below screenshots as proof it is indeed possible to get the package to open on at least DM800HDse.

Still have not managed to get them to work with cccam tho... I did format them with SID + PMT as adviced but no go.

Nice to hear another DM owner got it work. :thum: I tried rescan several times, even removed the satellite and re-added without get it work. But now it works (see post above) - seems like hit or miss, I hope it stays on now.

You guys with Dreambox who have these channels opening, which version of tuner do you have ?

should be ?

I will try my VU Uno tomorrow.

Hmm interesting, I have an 8k with a 4505 as the third tuner but no go here, all I get is 'no data on transponder' (timeout reading pat) though I got a whopping signal.

Before I give up can you perhaps save and post your channel list here ?
