26E:Sports HD package ADMC initiated tests
On satellite Badr 6 at the position 26 degrees East started technical trials of a new sports package, Abu Dhabi Media Company (ADMC). The multiplex is broadcast by testing a total of 5 channels in HD.
Regular broadcast multiplex Abu Dhabi will be launched in mid-July. The operator of its programs will transfer from English Barclays Premier League and both HD and standard definition transmissions and Formula 1
Abu Dhabi will bring 380 Premier League matches as well as additional magazines, and comments in Arabic and English.
Abu Dhabi Sports channel will be distributed as encrypted and will be paid Irdeto2 system.
