This was only a news-feed later tagged as "UA_KiEV_CNN" with previous very weak signal, later in the afternoon pretty strong signal.
Now the feed is over and the signal has left.

At 4,8°east the channels "Tabula TV/Comedy" and "Obieqtivi TV" are still working fine on 12701/2100/H/S2.
At 31,5°east the same channels "Tabula TV/Comedy" and "Obieqtivi TV" on 11817/27500/V here with a signal of 63%.
At 46°east the IveriaSAT channels on 11174/28800/V/S2 here with a signal of 100%.

There was 5 minutes ago a reporter about the train situation. I was a little too late but have 10 minutes recording the program.
Poor signal here in Belgium. Thanks for the info.

This transponder is not only suited Off digital with less power. As I had 70% signal so now I have about 53% and terribly tears.
Sorry for my english

The low signal level may cause problems to some receivers.
One receiver shows at the moment a signal quality of 76% and no probs at all,
the other one is near at signal breakdown.
