Pls, what may I do that WindowsXP work with COM-port normally? What options or another? (Lost bits on transmition).

Win XP Com port

You do not say what you are trying to do with the com port. but guessing from " missing bits" you have an incorrect flow setting.
first start with the com port settings in Bios note IRQ and address, then check in device mananger the com port resources match those from the bios. Now in the Port Settings tab check the speed data bits and the flow control match those required by your application.

Note some apps take control of your com port without going though the windows api, then it is a different ball game. Start at the app and work backwards.
