Viark Sat versus "wireless tv sender", "one for all"

1.-My Viark Sat is working ok; 2.-I have been using an "wireless tv sender", "one for all" working properly for a long time; 3.- Suddenly the tv sender stops working; 4.-As I thought it had a problem, I bought at the informal market in the net a new one, that was brand new; 5- No way, it could not working too.
Is it possible that the problem is in the box? Or de software?

Does the viark work hooked directly up to a tv? There have been messages recently that if you use an extender or a splitter with the viark then your sub will stop. Its to stop people sharing the signal.

The viark has an hdmi output to TV; Then there is a scart output tha I use to the tv transmiter; But I have also tested the hdmi output (disconected from TV) to an adapter Hdmi x RCA that does not work too

So its a viark sat and not a sat 4k as the sat 4k does not have scart. Do you get any pictures via a direct link from hdmi to a television on a free to air channel? Just trying to work out if the connection to the server has been turned off. I think even if it has the free to air channels would still work.

I confirm it is not a 4k. I'm not understanding what you are asking for. Pls help me!...

@archiesat Good reply thank you. This may well be in direct relation to what i was saying about stopping people from sharing the signal. @vbjdlm what software version are you using. This could be found under the menu system under information. If you are on software 2.22 then you may have to go back to 2.21 to see if the scart starts working again but the downside is you may loose premium channels.

my subs have expired on viark sat but this was my post from september. at time of posting i lost only cosmote sports 13e on ver 2.21.this may have changed since then.

It does not work with te 2.21 version
I tried an old version that I had saved in computer HD, and again it is not working properly
Tha version is 2.16, dated of Jan 13 2023. By that time everything was working

Now I'm working new experiences. I used an old Teka transmiter that worked ok. (The image has interferences and the quality is not so good as the one of "One for all" that uses 5,8Ghz wireless)
So, the signal out to scart works.
For the time being the problem must be of the "wireless tv sender" of the "One for all". What is not common is that I have 2 equipments with problems?!
I have put the question to the assistance of the brand.
