Be specific in which channels and do any channels clear.
Also, as far as I know I have not made any upgrades based on SP1 or SP2 as discussed
on this thread in the past week or so.
I don't know what package I have or had up to now as I simply installed a patch version
when I first acquired to box and then it opened up and gave me 3yrs access up until the
spring/summer of 2025.
My Viark was showing all the normal Forever stuff up until yesterday and then it just
disconnected. Interestingly, my serial number is still showing as fully connected on the
special checking website.
Not sure if I can refer to it's name in this open thread, so being careful.

You wont get what you’re after with that alone sit down and read the thread it’s all been explained

If your on the Viark Sat 4k youll need to install 1.14 and a lot of the channels mentioned on this thread need the SP1 upgrade

I am with you on what you are alluding to.
What I am likely rather badly stating is that I had the normal forever stuff working from the date I installed
the patch up until yesterday.
It just stopped working on the box.
Now, I don't mind trying to upgrade to either SP1 or SP2 and pay for the extra year, but since my current
state is now nothing works, how can I be confident that if I pay, I will suddenly get back my prior original
expiry date and then have the one year added for SP1 or SP2.
You see, as of today I am in a "switched off/disconnected" state.

Reset and reload the update.
As the site sees it has active sub as you say , it's probably a glitch in the box.

Is PT connected or not connected ?
Menu-Net&Games bottom option.
Check something like Nova Sport 2 on 23.5 east

I am aware of the upgrade options having followed this thread carefully. My issue is losing current
sub and then not having confidence to upgrade to SP1 or SP2 just in case my original date range
is lost or forgotten.
I would be gutted if I now upgraded and then saw Dec 2023 as the new expiry date instead of
what I hope I would get based on posts in this thread as original sub + SP1 = May 2026.
