I see that 28.2 channels are clearing with SP1 or SP2 on Forever. I'm not sure if I'm looking in the correct menu on my drs2 but under server i see PT but no SP1 or SP2.
It could be that the sub to the box has expired and I need to renew.
Any help appreciated.

On the Viark it wont show anything in server section.

Check the information icon and youll see the expiry date and your boxes serial number.

you need to go to menu then go to STB then go to About STB then you will see your serial SN Number and your Date Expiry

It's an extra charge that you pay on top of the sub that the box came with. You pay the update and get sky de and UK.
