Anyway mate here is how to manually scanhi guys can anyone link me on how to search for a feed and enter the keys on the viark (sorry if this is against the rules but reading them now seems like it's an ok question)
I know exactly how to find / scan for a manual feed on my e2 box, and enter a key with a plugin but I'm aiming to find a feed for the boxing tonight - and have zero idea how to get this on the viark.
Worse case scenario I'll unpack my e2 box and boot it up for the boxing
Menu-Installation-Antenna Settings.
Highlight and select ADD
Then in the popup enter the parameters for the frequency and save.
You will then be able to select it for scanning.
And if it does not Autobiss this is how you add a key manually. Credit to mike142
How to enter Biss Keys on the Viark.
Tune in a Biss feed & leave it on the channel,
Press F1 147 on remote, ("F1" on the 4k box is the "info" button), or "MENU" - "Net & Games" - "Key Menu"
In the Biss Keys section press the Red "Add" button - scroll right to just under where it says "Key" & enter the 16 digit key - scroll down to "OK" & press OK on the remote, next enter the Frequency & Symbol Rate at the bottom - eg: 12735 7200, (There's no way to enter the H or V Polarity but it won't matter), then scroll down again to "OK" & press OK on the remote, check that the Keys & Frequency are correct & exit out, change to another channel and then back again.
Yes, many times, but doesn't find every key.
Thank you for this ~ just got back from a meal out in time for the main event hopefully the viark box works and the e2 stays unrooted!

pick TP scan at the bottom of the screen for scan of the inputted frequencey
thanks lads - I know for next time unfortunately I couldn't find any of the feeds on my 1m dish... based in the midlands but im sure I was doing something wrong, will ensure I get ahead of the game for the fury fight

It's always been like that, from day one with all three of my Viark receivers.

Have you tried deleting old keys?
Yes, numerous times. My boxes find most keys but not all, so I don't see it as a major issue.

I have the same issue too. I've also followed the details for entering keys manually exactly and it never works for me.
