The X channels in HOTBIRD

Hello everyone
Please i have aSAMSAT 6200 4K receiver with forever sharing, tow week ago i observe that all X channel dont work Hustler redlight Dorcel !!! i dont understand why ??
have you an idea

input Serial Number
then Adult Switch change to ON .

I did the same thing but the channels are still not working .
my stb is starsat SR-230H4K
