Signal problem 13e 11488 Mhz

Hello everyone,
I use a triple lnb, and I have a problem with the 11488 Mhz frequency, Canal+ Sport Eleven Sport without signal. Other channels on 13e are fine except 11488Mhz. The cable, lnb and connectors are relatively new, maybe a year old. I used two receivers, both receivers have the same problem.
Can someone help me?

Its fine in uk, maybe your lnb has failed, are other Horizontal transponders ok?

Can try deleting transponder and rescanning, or try another lnb port, make settings are correct.

I tried everything, it doesn't work. All other frequencies of 13e work and the signal is good, except for this one.

Did you try to change/switch diseqc ports , just to be sure is not diseqc problem.

I had a great signal 10 days ago on this frequency, it hasn't been working for the last couple of days. Sat antenna is 80-85cm

Signal = 17.1db 97%
Ireland far NW using 1.2m OFFSET Channel Master with Golden Media Quad 0.1db LNB
80cm Dish still should be locking that Freq with very high signal something not quite right with your Set UP
LNB Skew perhaps ? might be even worth taking off LNB and trying a different stronger LNB with a lower db and better gain .
since you have very big signals on some other TP's on 13E it is most likely something very minor that needs adjusting i assume
i'd try another LNB just to see if it changes anything .

Is it possible that the antenna is pointing at 16°E, and 13°E is only received squinting?
Since the Hotbird satellites switched to the new 13F and 13G in 2023, the LNB skew must be adjusted if 13° is received squinting. However, this isn't possible with a triple LNB.
In addition, the FEC on 11488 was changed from 3/4 to 5/6 last year. The result: The signal disappears more quickly in bad weather.
My tip: Try the Bulgarian frequencies 12713V and 12654H. If you don't have a signal on these frequencies either, then your Hotbird reception is too weak.

Great, this evening everything becomes as it was "High signal in all frequencies"
after for almost 1 week of disturbance without touching anything on the installation.
