If you install 1.04 then 1.07 it should show you the server details under Menu-server-server settings

If it says disconnected, press the blue button to load the servers

They use the same server, the dual comes with 2 year IKS this does not include SKY DE or SKY uk.

You need to add a years sub for those to be activated it then it also adds a year.

I don't understand, what do I have to add ? Where and to whom should I address ?

If your box is new nothing to add unless you need SKY DE or SKY UK

Are you on firmware 1.07 ?

Have you looked in Menu-server-server settings ?

Ferret has given you the information that you require, with a new box you need to load the special software 1.04 onto your box then factory reset it, then load 1.07 then factory reset it again.

OK so you have loaded the 1.04 and the 1.07 software? I am not with my box but from memory in the home screen in Android can you tab across to the tab that says server. Can you lick on that and see if its say 1 or 2 servers. If not you can load the included servers there. See what happens it should say something like servers loaded have fun. Let us know If anything changes. Can you also tell us what packages you are looking for? Sky UK and de you need to purchase sp1 or sp2.

OK try some channels on different satellites possibly supersport on 16e or some channels on thor 0.8w. The sky channels will not clear as you must purchase sp1 or sp2 to activate them.

To back up your channels from the main screen select update/back up and go from there, save the list to usb.

I LNB monobloc 3x3°.On Android we set up the three satellites and it's ok.
On the image of OpenATV I can not configure.La Advanced are not seen any satellite.I tried with OpenATV recent, but also older.Nothing.....
