Problem with my Tv without sound

Please i have a problem with my tv : I bought a TV from a hospital the problem they modified the software of the TV because they use BLUETOOTH HEADSET for the sound... whereas I want to use the original speakers and I don't know which brand it's about can you help me to resolve this problem, the company name that supplied the TV to the hospital is PATIENTLINE??

Isn’t there a sticker on the back of the tv with a model number or in one of the settings menu pages on the actual tv normally “About” page gives model number.

No need to cal for claim, just call for info reference TV model etc.

Change the Audio Output setting in the Sound Menu. On my LG tv it's, Sound - Sound Out - Use TV Speaker, the "Use Wireless Speaker" is for Bluetooth.

As it was a hospital tv the menu settings might be locked down like they often are hotel rooms.

Yes the menu might be BLOCKED but there 's a solution we can update the software to resolve the problem but i don't have any idea about this soft and where i can find it and i don't know wich model and Brand ....alla what i know it's assembled in TURKEY and it's a PATIENTLINE Model : FHD Basic Range MB95TV it's written on the label

Without the correct permissions which you have to earn you will not be able to upload a photo to the forum. In that case you could upload the photo to wetransfer or another online site and then post a link here. Can i ask what made you buy such a thing? Was it incredibly cheap?

It's cheap and i need a small Tv in the kitchen then my friend told me that was a cheap tv on sale that's all

Maybe you could have a look in your local charity stores if you have them. I think i picked up a samsung pebble with more inputs than anything but without a current modern tv tuner. I think i got if for £20.00.
