Hello there,
As a newcomer, I'm curious which operating system (Windows XP, 7, or 10) is best for watching channels with BISS/CW using feed from the biss feed keys.
If I plan on using Smart DVB, can you recommend a plugin that can help me to input the BISS/CW and the necessary ID information and to be avaiable for the OS itself?

If you do not mind the lack of security updates and already have a PC with Windows 7 installed I would use that.
Window 10 as suggested above is OK but comes with quite a lot of intrusive settings in the default installation along with bloatware. These can easily be removed and disabled however.


If you use DVBDream it comes configured with all the plugins you require.
I am not familiar with Smart DVB, it seems popular but I have rarely used it so am not sure about its plugins.
