new skybox f5 software

what is the latest software of skybox f5.i hear that works without satellite dish.anyone know about this?

IF IT WORKS WITHOUT DISH THN ITS MEAN IT HAS IP TV,

also my skybox has ip tv but don't work without dish.maybe need upgrade software.do you know the version of the software?
i think channels work as streaming with the new software.you can watch channels on 13 degrees or 9 or 16 degrees.thanks anyway satco.
