Manually add new sat frequencies

Wanting to manually add a frequency directly from the decoder how should i do?
I’m not referring to the procedure to take the satellites.xml file via ftp with the pc and modify it but if there is a plug-in that directly from the decoder gives the possibility to add new frequencies and save them

In Enigma2 - Manual Scan –> User Defined Transponder
You write the frequency and scan, then it will be saved.
You can make a blind scan with Edision Mio 4K and find new transponders ( frequencies )
