looking new image 4 TGM 220

I installed the fals image! i took the from TGS220! and now i haven contakt with the box! i tryed with telnet, with fdp, also with controlcenter!

how can i reset my box?
and how find i the image 4 tgm220?

try holding up button on fgront of box while switching it on. then choose option 3 from menu to reset factory

I've also occasionally seen my box losing its connection after flashing a new image. Sometimes just switching on and off the box resolves it. Other times, the factory reset (as suggested by other poster) is the only solution.
