i already Have sky.de on vip access packages sp1 and sp2.i had bought Sp1 for 2 years and got sp2 for 2 years.date expired: 3.december.2026.for my viark sat 4k receiver

if you upgrade global(Gosat) receivers to latest software in dec 2022 , you can not back to old versions .
this decision is from global for all models.

Note
1) Reboot your device after your take action.

2) If your device is in Europe,please use super Card_NO SP1 or SP2.

3) If use (A,K12) code for Funcam,it can get more channels such as AFN,Nova,Bis,DigiAlb,TotalTV,1.0W.

4) If your device's share name include .IM and use super Card_NO SP1 or SP2,you will have Sky-DE.

5) VIP will continue.

Sky UK HD working fine on SP1 Codes on Forever receivers

Just checked on a Geant OTT 750 with hisilicon chip and it doesn't work.
Furthermore, I couldn't open SKYde with SP1 card.

Try Menu>Times>Select APD Setting and then hit left/right to select off.

And Menu>Times>Select Standby Times then hit ok button to select off ,
both those settings will sole the issue but open a new Topic because this topic is simply not for Viark Sat 4K specific configurations discussions .

i have a Problem with switching with the viark sat 4k receiver renote control because where the sky cinema fun Hds are double i cant switch any furhter when i switch back and forth i always stay with sky cinema Fun hd why?i can neither go forward nor stay back on the two double sky cinema fun Hds this a bugerror Software Problem?

Have you tried rescanning Astra or deleting one of those channels?
