Hi,

I've just got one of these boxes and it had 10 months on it, but when I gone into the information it now says disconnected.

Why would that be?

How do I resolve it?

When you say disconnected you mean as in menu/net&games/ PT disconnected? If so just click once on pt disconnected and it will change to pt connected after a few seconds .If it’s not this you need to speak to who supplied the box/sp1/2.

If it does not reconnect as per @goofy115 instruction.

Power your box down then router power router back on and then the box.

It was.

All sorted - seemed to lose the wifi connection for some reason, but all working now

howcome its always tnt sports that goes down and never any of the other ones like slysports etc on 28.

Not always the case.Two or three weeks ago everything on the 11856v transponder was dark for a couple of days - Eurosport1,Eurosport2,Sly Sp arena etc.

Just to emphasise the point. All sly sports channels on transponder 12090v are currently dark.

I just did it and they all come up. The transponder signal is also much stronger now.
