before JTAG, aztrino 1.1 killed my azbox. after JTAG, I can not install official FW, but e2 works fine.

Of course, you need a different Kernel and AZUp that can do it correctly etc.

after upgrading an e2 image my elite hd is blocked on booting(no rescue mode possible), i tried with a jtag but putty displays zboot failed....it's gone..right? any solution???

Send it to OpenShite's dealer, maybe? They know who to send it to for repair...

If you can't do it, that is...

Only two way first by jtag and secend is programming flash.

Guys my reciever shows rescue mode alright after usb and reboot - but no ip address is displayed.
Have searched for ip using jazup but no joy.

Can anyone help?

What Image you want to install Original or E2.Try this take USB stick out,turn box of power of from the back of Reciver,hold the plus button on front of the reciver in at the same time turn box back on don't release + button till the IP address shows in front screen.If this don't work check usb,make shure you have laetest patch for the original image.Make shure you name it just patch,hope that helps.

Thankyou- tried all those, it shows `recovery mode` but doesnt go further to show the ip, the lan lights flicker at the back of the box.
I think this box was in wireless mode before the failed flash, wondering if this is why?

What Image you installing,and what Image you had on the Reciver bevor the Problem ?Give me more ditails what you have being doing,and trying to do.

Hi Again CM,

The frimware I tried was 0.9.4749/4754/4829/5402 & 3661 plis patch 1759, I didnt get as far as trying other than the usb connection, as the only other connection method to this box I found was via ftp & as i was saying it would not display my op on the led.
