Help with Newcs needed

I have bought a second hand Ipbox 900 HD which has Enigma2 installed and has been using Oscam. The previous owner entered a cline into the oscam.server file and it worked without any problems. I've entered my line in the following format but it won't clear the pay channels.

[reader]
label = newcs
enable = 1
protocol = newcamd
device = example.whatever.cc,12000
account = user,password

What am i doing wrong? Do any of the other oscam files such as the config need to be altered because of the change to newcs?

You are missing this line in the [reader] section:
key = 0102030405060708091011121314 (the key may be different)

PS. Assuming that you are using oscam as demuxer, not as server only.

All sorted at last. I found this converter which does everything for you.

Restarted the cam and got all my channels. Hope this helps someone else! Thanks for all of your help.
