I recently got a Tiger z250 reciever. I just plugged it in and fed it with an ethernet cable and I could watch all the channels. Then Yesterday, while watching a football match, all the non-FTA channels became unavailable. I tried giving it a factory reset and then I updated it with the latest firmware (v34.65) - I updated it for the first time using USB but I don't know if I did it correctly - but I still could only watch FTA channels. The other channels were unavailable. Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this issue?
