Hello everyone... gtmedia is a lying and scamming company. It has been almost 1 year now that he wants to activate the Mars account on the gtcombo device, but all the promises are lies... there are many problems with the gtcombo device and do not buy this device at all... the company is unable to solve the problems.

Just get a model that works with mars package.

I have a GT Media UHD box that I got the end of March this year. I also have a 1 year Sub on that box so I can open Sky IT UK GE.

It was working fine until yesterday, when the Sky IT UK GE channels would not open but everything else did.

I contacted the 'supplier' and he said it was 'the companies' decision, you have to pay for another year and then the channels will open again and you will not lose your remaining time, in other words if I pay for another year, my sub would last until the end of March 2025.

The 'supplier' has been reliable in the past but I'm not sure what to do. The alternatives are to go somewhere else and lose my 7 months or to buy a Viark 4k box which I don't want to do.

Has anyone had any experience of this kind of thing ?

I'm very sorry if I have broken any rules, it is not my intention to do that. Please amend my post if I have.

Find another provider mine is working perfect sounds like they are trying it on.

Before you do anything else save your channel list and then do a factory reset. Then restore channels and settings. Or before that it could also be worth trying just re-installing the latest firmware as usually all settings are saved.

Factory reset should work, for me worked. I had the same problem in march or april, and a factory reset worked.

Good evening, does any GT Media receiver have an annual autobiss, or is it all Chinese fairy tales?
