But what a poor italian referee who validated this goal of italian 3rd division. Only later the Italian Federation cancelled the goal and the match must be replayed.

At penalty shooting the ball must enter directly the goal or directly after hitting the bar or the goalkeeper. So a ball coming back from the bar to the field before falling into the goal is not validated.

So at penalty shooting a ball hitting the bar, coming back to the field, hitting the goalkeeper's head, entering hereafter the goal is NOT counted!

But nevertheless tremendously funny ... and embarassing for this goalkeeper
