Why are people asking for a key for M4, it is not biss encrypted, it is clearing with the IKS from Forever server on a receiver.

The A Sport channel from 38.0E is fastest but it is less than 1 second, probably around 0.6 seconds?

I have listed below the fastest to slowest TV channels I tested so far.

1. A Sports on 38.0E (fastest)
2. M4 on 0.8W (about 0.6 secs slower than A Sports)
3. BBC on 28.2E (about 6.7 secs slower than A Sports - this was not the BBC red button)
