E2 on HDD instructions

Anybody can explane better step by step how to install enigma2 in ipbox with hdd
m tired of trying and I can not
I follow the steps listed and there will not work

If you follow the instructions after you have done all the steps:
1)E2 on HDD flash (my bootmanager is 1.3.3)
2)look at you HDD format in you addon menu.It has to be ext2
3)change the ip adresses.Use the actual ip DHCP(on)
4)ftp the file, I have used enigma2 CIe2T, look at the end
of the file if it ends with gz.(software used Peazip)
5)with telnet you can copy the commands(do not change the text except the ipadresses)after login, and wait till everything is done.reboot your box(hold 2(5 sec) on your remote).If you can see bad CRC in telnet session it won't work. Then try again.This must work for you.

maybe i need older nlb. i have latest installed 9047 p.s. i can use button 1 to boot nlb

I've used the nlb8728 version,but think that the new NLB-image must be ok.You can also try to delete the cd and mv line.
With the E2 beta version,it was too much work to adjust the color/contrast settings.
Now I'm using my ex.HDD(I have a 900HD)to record and switched to an usb-stick.

i have 900 to. and i use esata connection 160gb samsung hdd with ext3 (created@formated by box) how to change to ext2
