Moved the json update to the start (and end) of the build bouquet process. For those missing main menu options after bouquets are created
Added in a few more safety catches for people having issues with the update button (although I can't see an issue with the original code really)

Added wraparound to delete playlist screen
updated dutch translations
Added some more default vairables to help prevent crashes
Wrapped all the xml parsing code in a try / except to prevent crashes when provider has bad data
Updated info screen so label text is now translated
Updated skins to have more space between the buttons so translated text can fit better
updated playlist screen layout in case scrollbar is shown (which on some images overlays the other text)
Updated PO/POT files

I think I have fixed local and external issues
Added next_days option in bouquet settings. This is a the max days of EPG you can download. Even if you set it to 7, you still might only get 2. It depends on your provider.
Refactored some code to try and reduce the memory footprint.

Series bouquet creation is now as fast as live and vod. (obviously the more series you hide - the quicker it will be)
I have even deleted the limits in settings as I am that confident it is now fast enough.
Also removed the duplicate series name prefix that some providers add in.
