AzboxBravissimoTwin flash in the bootloader

Dear Sir,

My AzboxBravissimoTwin is malfunctioning i can't go into the setup, was configured by mistake with the wrong file.

Please provide me with the factory configuration file, the loader and the step by step instructions to solve this problem.
