When the receiver no longer recognizes the firmware installed on USB Sticks stating "No patch" happened to me after I tried to go back to original software.My AZBOX WAS DEAD!! I did this:

Leave the box off for at least 10 mins, I found sometime even longer was required. I disconected everything except the HDMI and USB Stick.
Switch on the box and press ok multiple times.Format application area.
Try loading FW 0.9.2372 on usb harddrive or usb stick.
