Could you please tell us if you got any channels clearing? To back up your channels from the main screen select update/back up and go from there, save the list to usb.

OK try some channels on different satellites possibly supersport on 16e or some channels on thor 0.8w. The sky channels will not clear as you must purchase sp1 or sp2 to activate them.

Ferret has given you the information that you require, with a new box you need to load the special software 1.04 onto your box then factory reset it, then load 1.07 then factory reset it again.

The viark combo does not run enigma 2 though.

No I have no information on any new decoders from vu+ I had heard they had stopped making e2 boxes. If you have any different information please let us know. I am still using my vu+ solo 4k.
