I'm using an Octagon SX88 V2 with OpenVix 6.4. I am unable to get DVB subtitles although text subtitles, when available, work just fine. I don't know whether this is a problem with the receiver or OpenVix or something I've set up incorrectly. I'd be grateful for guidance on how to fix this. NB...

Just for the record, the error was mine. I had put in the correct co-ordinates based on my location. But, on closer investigation, it appears the dish had moved slightly. So with a slightly amended latitude co-ordinate, all is now well and USALS works. My thanks to Stef at WoS for identiftying...
