Yes the transponders on any sat vary in strength so choose the strongest transponder on 13E( there are lists on the internet) If you can take your sat box and look at the signal strength as you tweek the dish you should be able to get the maximum signal strength. I have managed to get the uk channels in southern spain . I can't say the dish size as I am using a 1.2 metre dish pointed at 19e with 13e offset on a bar
